If you noted on the form that you currently have, or soon will have, an appropriate aid-in-dying client to work with, we will be contacting you shortly to put you in touch with a mentor.
If you do not currently have an appropriate aid-in-dying client, the Academy will monitor our patient intake to help identify an appropriate client in your service area, and we will contact you as soon as we can to connect you with a mentor.
